These Terms govern your use of the Market Tree Capital platform (the “Platform”), a demonstration prototype of a regulated digital investment service. By accessing the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be of legal age and complete identity verification (KYC) before investing. Products are offered only to investors whose suitability profile permits the relevant risk band.

2. Investments. All investment products are illustrative and assumed to be managed by licensed financial professionals. Target returns are not guaranteed and your capital is at risk. Past or simulated performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Deposits & withdrawals. Deposits are credited only after confirmation by Market Tree Capital. Withdrawals are subject to AML review and any applicable settlement or hold periods.

4. Fees. Applicable management and platform fees are disclosed per product before you invest.

5. Prototype notice. This environment is a proposal prototype. No real securities are offered, sold, or managed, and no real funds are held.

6. Termination. You may close your account subject to withdrawal of eligible funds and any regulatory hold period.
